During this time of distance learning, students are required to do at least 30-minutes of physical activity each day. This can be a monitored activity -or- an enjoyable time for all family members to be active together in keeping their bodies healthy and in motion. Take time to go outside during the day to receive some much needed Vitamin C & D from the sunshine. You can enjoy your favorite music and exercise at the same time while getting all the vitamin benefits from the sun - just remember to practice sun safety. Due to the numerous ways of getting exercise, students will have their free choice of physical activity. Below you will find links to some suggestions of ways to keep your body healthy and in motion. And always remember...God is good all the time, and all the time God is good!
